I've professed my love for Estee Lauder's Peach and Plum Nuance blushers before, so when I received word that there was a brown version by the name of Nude Nuance, I was pretty sure it was time to round out the collection. The Cosmetics Company Outlet (CCO) was the answer to my search.
You may be able to find the version that does not have the ombre effect at counters, however my interest lay in one that moved from the lightest to darkest shade. This is only slightly obvious on my skin, as it is very similar in color while imparting a slight sheen. It's most useful for the days when you want to skip bronzer or blush, and fake an "I'm fresh like this every day" look. Come to think of it, this would have been most useful during early pregnancy.
While browsing, I came across a peach eyeshadow and also the much-raved about Tea Biscuit shadow (a light skin-toned nude with a bit of shimmer) that Tina over at All The Vanity loves. Then something caught my eye. It was the Spiced Peach quad, including a peach shade, another similar to Tea Biscuit, and two additional flattering neutrals. This quad is perfect for a weekend away during these warm(ing) Spring months. They can be worn alone, or combined for a neutral warmed-up eye.
Have you stopped by your local CCO lately? It's usually a hit or miss for me, but when I do find something, I try to share it right away. Timing is key, and these two are available now!
