Now we're just getting all up in each others business! When I realized that my first album was of a wedding of two good friends, I thought...hmm, should I be letting them know that I'm posting their wedding photos? Mind you--they had the most amazing wedding photos ever (read: their professional ones, definitely not my amateur collection), so I really wish I could link you to them...but, I digress...
They were married almost a year ago in Honolulu, at a fantastically grand yet architecturally island-esque church. The entire interior was white, with open doors that lined the sides (very common in the islands, as a means of keeping the air circulating during those long services). Following the ceremony, there was more than a handful of attendees that vowed to get married at the same location! They are a beautiful couple, and share a love that is so apparent and genuine. Oh, and I was the MC at their reception--can you imagine?! Testing, Testing...Now I tag:

Do you remember when I raved about the Sonia Kashuk Flat Blusher Brush? Well, my little thing with her brush line hasn't stopped. I can't say that I've checked out all of her brushs lines, but the ones with the weirdly shaped black handles are quickly becoming my favorites of my collection. I've spent more than I would like to consider on makeup brushes--and I would gladly replace all of the similar MAC ones with these dupes. They are soft and non-irritable, and do not shed a hair.
I grabbed the Powder Brush in addition to the Blending Sponge, and have yet to come upon a day that I haven't tried to use the powder brush for even the silliest of reasons. The blending sponge is similar to the BeautyBlender. I never use a sponge on my face, but this one promises a dewy foundation finish, and I figured that if I were to try any, $10 wouldn't break the bank.
Have any of you used a blending sponge? Where are my fellow Sonia Kashuk brush fans?

Ooh, zank you for the tag!
Btw I ebayed the VS kajal in your last entry, can't wait to get my hands on it. Really gutted the bronzer or eyeshadows aren't listed. The lip glosses from the collection are though, but I'm steering well away from lip stuff atm. ;)
The sponge thing i have.. and never used because call me nuts but it smells spongey!! Which really puts me off!
Im waiting to see your review on how the sponging goes. I use it to prop up a little oy i have next to my bed.. its the perfect shape! lol xx
@su-pah: I'm glad you got a hold of them--I couldn't believe how fast they flew off the shelves! The gloss in Sublime is very nice...you know, if you change your mind!
@tali: I used it very briefly this morning, but not enough to have a feel of it. I will definitely review it further. It does smell really spongey--I know what you're getting at!
Looking forward to the review.
@Lorla: will do!
thanks for the tag :) (however all my photos on this laptop are new - nothing interesting, the 10th photo from the 1st album is one u have all seen)
I'm quite interested in a sponge applicator - can't wait to hear what you think!
xx

I also have the same powder brush by Sonia Kashuk and I'm pretty happy with it! and after ur comments I will def buy more I really want to try their eye brushes and the sponge since I'm not using liquid foundation I'm not thinking to buy (I might change my idea any minute)
Anyway I need to go back to the states so I can start shopping like crazy.. xxx :)
@bubblegarm: i'm trying to test out the sponge with different foundations to see if it makes a difference...we'll see what comes of it, and i'll post a review!
@dila: haha, thanks, sweets :) sonia put out a collection of brushes where the handles look like silver coral reef--it's sort of strange, but definitely different! when you get back there will be so many new things out!
Ive heard so much on Sonia Kashuk brushes, wonder if we can get them in the UK.
I have! and I must say that i do love it :) im not really a big fan of sponges but this worked for me. I just didnt like that I couldnt remove some foundation stains on it
