I just realized that I haven't laid one of my best summer finds on you girls. Have you EVER (and you'd better not play now...I know we all get our fair share of this, except for a lucky few) had just a little bit of trouble finding a hair iron that would smooth but not fry your tresses? Maybe the problem is that your flat iron doesn't do a darn thing when it gets to your roots--it may be so thick that it can't quite get a grip, or so weak that it barely touches the tip of the flattening iceburg? Well do I have a treat in store for you! Now presenting Paul Mitchell's Pro Tools Express IonStyle 1.0. I'm telling you, this baby is worth every last cent. I have been through it all: the disastrous mornings of running late to appointments because I knew I had 20 more minutes of ironing to go, and the failed nights when I expected a sweated out baby hair to sprout at every raise of my glass. I confess to you my sisters, that I worry no more. The ceramic plates on this gadget are lined with a special blend of silicone, which ensures that my hair stays shiny, frizzless, and my nightmarish hair stays a fading memory of the past. Just tonight, while getting ready for an event, I realized that not only did I have to color, wash, and dry--I would also have to tame the beast. I was up and out in 20. I kid you not. I didn't even use product! It may not be the cheapest product I've pushed--but you will thank me again and again for this life-changing investment.
